Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create data pipelines to gather and process data for reporting, analysis, and machine learning models. • Work on standardizing and reusing data from architectural to production in a large volume manufacturing setting. • Utilize commercially available tools such as Dynamo DB, SQS, S3, Redshift, Snowflake, and MySQL, but frequently push them to their boundaries. • Collaborate with a global, multidisciplinary group of data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in the big data field as a software engineer or data engineer. • At least three years of expertise with Python or a similar language to code. • SQL knowledge, experience with data warehouses, external data sources, AWS cloud services, and different databases (both relational and NoSQL). • Expertise in creating and refining architectures, data sets, and data pipelines. • knowledge of the data engineering tech stack, including K8, lambdas, micro-services, orchestration tools, and ETL tools. • Owning features from conception to design, architecture, coding, integration, and deployment is known as the "end to end" experience. • Familiarity with cloud services like Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
