Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand market share in Tema and Kumasi. • Identify, approach, and secure potential clients within manufacturing, retail, and wholesale sectors. • Conduct on-site visits to client locations, presenting product solutions and negotiating contracts. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client insights for management.

Requirements

• High school Diploma • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales • A sales professional with a proven track record in field sales, preferably in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing. • Someone with strong interpersonal skills who can effectively communicate product value to diverse clients. • A strategic thinker capable of turning challenges into opportunities in a competitive market. • A driven individual who thrives on meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
