Overview

This person will collaborate closely with department leaders to comprehend hiring requirements and create efficient sourcing plans. The ideal applicant will be adept at finding qualified applicants, holding interviews, and fostering connections with possible employment for our outside clients.

Responsibilities

• Work together with recruiting managers to identify the needs of your clients and write thorough job descriptions. • Using job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach, create and execute creative sourcing tactics. • Examine applications and resumes; perform preliminary phone interviews to gauge applicants' suitability. • Organize and facilitate the interview process between hiring managers and candidates. • Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain correct records during the hiring process. • Throughout the application process, give prospects timely feedback to foster good relationships. • Encourage employer branding using a variety of platforms; where necessary, represent the business at recruiting events or career fairs.

Requirements

• Compile financial reporting materials for all donor segments, transmit monthly and annual financial statements, analyses and present financial reports accurately and promptly, and manage all project, grants, and financial accounting. • Oversee the forecasting and cash flow of the organization. • Keep track of and manage program budgets using tools that incorporate contractual and financial data. • As needed, present assessments to the Board, contributors, and the Executive Director. To guarantee effective and sound project management, do regular financial analyses on program expenses, recording and tracking overall performance, examining trends, and identifying gaps. • Supervise the budgetary preparation of any proposals. • Make sure there are robust internal control mechanisms in place. • Oversee the personnel in finance, procurement, and the warehouse. • From the beginning to the end of the payment and documentation process, make sure that the proper division of labor is maintained in all procurement and payment activities. • Supervise the acquisition of products and services in compliance with company regulations. • Keep an eye on warehouse operations and make sure they adhere to good distribution practices. • Putting in place and maintaining warehouse management systems to increase productivity and maximize available space. • Examine and approve purchase orders to make sure the right procurement procedures have been followed in accordance with company rules.
