Overview

Offer a portfolio of valued clients committed relationship management. To accomplish sales and service goals in order to improve business development. To offer knowledgeable assistance and counsel to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• In charge of marketing the business's investment and lending offerings • Arrange and carry out calls with leads and existing clients, as well as facilitate calls to potential leads. • You are in charge of giving your clients the knowledge and guidance they need to accomplish their goals, both personal and professional, by providing them with services and solutions that save them time and create value. • Actively seek out and seize customer service chances for your clientele. • Effectively oversee the handling of any non-routine enquiries and grievances for your clientele. Communicate with the Credit Risk Department on client loan requests, account upkeep, and monitoring.

Requirements
