We are seeking an HR Services Specialist to work in our Integrated Business Services, Accra office to provide local HR services within specified SLAs (Quality, Time, Accuracy, and Compliance), serve as the customer's point of contact for administrative tasks, and offer HRBPs, managers, and employees excellent information support.
• In charge of HR analytics, which includes reporting and data analysis to aid in HR decision-making. • Effectively oversee all facets of the onboarding process, including communication, logistics, and required preparations like hiring in SAP, establishing workstations and phones, and establishing employee profiles. • Ensure a seamless transition and compliance with all required protocols by managing staff departures effectively. • Assist the Transfer and Relocation Team with the procedures for mission assignees and expatriates to guarantee a smooth transition to and from IBS Accra, including IT logistics, housing, work permits, and global mobility beginning. • Support the preparation of the bank transfer file for payment and provide justification for the HR Manager and Controller to approve the payroll audit file within the SLAs. • Prepare the manual transfer for interns and other external personnel. • In charge of accurately maintaining HR Payroll Data in SAP by making sure that data in SAP and employee records are always consistent for the site. Make requests for adjustments to payments or deductions that have an impact on payroll, such as hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. • acts as the point of contact for any questions regarding the management of pension funds at Integrated Business Services Accra. • Create webforms for any necessary updates to personnel data, making sure they are accurate and submitted on time. • Oversee hospital and medical-related matters for staff members, such as Apex Health Membership enrolment and termination. • Help employees and line managers utilise Success Factors to ensure that the system is used effectively. • In reviews, regular management meetings, and other pertinent tasks, support the HR Business Partner. • Assure appropriate file maintenance and archival while promptly filing all pertinent papers, such as letters and legal documents, in the workers' files. • To evaluate the effect of services provided, prepare for and take part in monthly evaluations with the HR Business Services team. • Encourage the center's physical activity and HR event preparation. For example, year-end activities.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management/finance, or a similar field. • Two years of experience as a data analyst or HR services specialist. • Two years of experience in the field • The capacity to provide value by applying work to a commercial environment. • Capacity to establish credibility with management and HRBP • Capacity to establish solid professional connections • Must be able to manage sensitive and private data and be receptive to criticism and improvement. • Enthusiasm and dedication
