Overview

The primary goal of the position is to manage the service outlet's operations as a successful, self-sustaining enterprise. Effective and profitable administration of the outlet, personnel and employment matters, marketing and sales, inventory control, and financial management and control are all included in this.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service outlet, making sure that service quality and profitability meet predetermined benchmarks. • Make sure the money collected is deposited into the bank every day and report daily sales to the important parties. • Maintain the service outlet's excellent status with regulators by making sure all of its operations are in conformity. • Make sure everything runs smoothly and effectively, and report any major issues at the outlet to the Territory Manager for help. • Reduce product loss and theft to the predetermined levels while making sure the procedures in place to verify thefts are sufficient. • Evaluate procedures and processes, pinpoint issues, and suggest areas for improvement to the head office. • Follow the Head Office's advice while implementing the marketing and sales activities. • Create and put into action plans to boost sales and improve the brand's visibility in the neighborhood. • Make sure there is enough workers for every work shift by reviewing and maintaining employee attendance schedules. • To find, hire, and train all new hires for the outlet, coordinate with the HR Team. • Provide each new recruit with orientation and training covering the fundamentals of the workplace, safety protocols, and legal obligations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline • Having a master's degree will help you. • National Service must have been completed. • It will be advantageous to have prior experience in a general retail service centre or a fuel station. • Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory control, and operational compliance. • Knowledge of the environmental, safety, and health regulations governing the gasoline service sector.
