Overview

For immediate employment, we are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and seasoned corporate sales manager.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute successful sales strategies to meet company sales goals and expand the business. • Find and seize fresh business prospects in the corporate world. • Establish and preserve a solid rapport with the important decision-makers at possible client companies. • Negotiate and follow up to clinch transactions, and plan and execute high-profile corporate presentations with effectiveness. • Keep an eye on consumer demands, rival activity, and market trends to modify sales tactics as necessary. • Work together with internal departments to guarantee that clients receive services in a smooth manner. • Create predictions and sales reports on a regular basis for management's consideration. • Maintain a thorough awareness of Vanguard Life Assurance's product line and stay current on industry advancements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, insurance, or a similar discipline. • Three years or more of experience as a corporate sales manager, ideally in the life insurance sector. • Shown ability to reach or surpass sales goals. • Strong communication, presenting, and negotiating abilities. • Capacity to establish and develop enduring connections with business clientele • Thorough understanding of life insurance products, including welfare, credit, and group life insurance. • Extremely focused, results-oriented, and motivated.
