• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. • Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and improve customer satisfaction. • Inform customers about new products, services, or promotions to enhance engagement and drive sales.
