The ideal applicant will have a great deal of practical sales and distribution expertise, especially with agricultural products. They will propel regional growth, brand development, and client retention.
• Oversee and assist the regional technical sales team, making sure that tasks are completed, that they are motivated, and that resources are distributed. • Create and execute regional sales strategy to meet company goals and guarantee client expansion and retention. • Keep up good relations with current clients, see chances for cross-selling and upgrades, and quickly address client concerns. • Describe price, rival tactics, and market trends using competitive intelligence. • To involve farmers and market goods, plan field demonstrations, research and development trials, and events like field and village days. • In order to ensure effective warehouse operations and stock forecasting, work with the supply chain manager to oversee regional inventory and stock rotation. • Verify adherence to internal protocols, business rules, and QHSE requirements. • Inform management on a regular basis on company prospects, client retention, and sales performance.
• Education: Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Experience: Three years or more in sales, with a background in team management and the agriculture industry. • Extensive practical knowledge in agricultural product delivery. • The capacity to create and implement sales strategy. • Strong negotiating and communication abilities. • Adept at utilizing CRM software and office supplies.
