Senior Software Engineer

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will be in charge of daily responsibilities related to programming, object-oriented programming (OOP), software development, and back-end web development.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, beautiful code and set a good example. • Utilize several Python and Typescript/JS frameworks. • Create functional user interfaces and apps from design drafts, mockups, and textual descriptions. • Encourage best practices and uniformity in our architecture and code. Encourage and abide by the current internal policies. • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other team members with different technical specialties to provide superior solutions that advance our company. • Connect business procedures to algorithms and/or data models. • Be proactive, tenacious, and ready to provide an excellent answer for a particular issue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python experience • Three or more years of Typescript/Javascript and Angular expertise • 3+ years of expertise with Apache eCharts and Grafana • Familiarity with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL, Postgres, or others • Elastic Stack (Elastic Search) experience • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with Ansible, Jenkins, and Gitlab • Familiarity with modern software architectural principles and technologies, such as TDD, Docker, automated E2E testing, and CI/CD • Expertise in creating apps relevant to industry and the IIoT
