Reporting and Data Analyst

Overview

To manage and analyze data, provide thorough reports, and provide actionable insights that advance our company, we are seeking a skilled reporting and data analyst.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and evaluate data from internal systems, such as inventory management software, CRM, and ERP. • Use Google Looker Studio or similar programs like Tableau or Power BI to design, create, and manage interactive dashboards and reports. • Make sure all reports are timely, accurate, and dependable for important stakeholders. • To provide useful insights, examine operational data, trends, and performance measures. • Find ways to reduce expenses, enhance processes, and boost productivity. • Create predictive models and projections to aid in strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with the management, operations, and sales teams to comprehend reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions. • Give both expert and non-technical audiences succinct, understandable explanations of facts and ideas. • Ad hoc data and reporting demands should be handled quickly. • Automate routine reporting procedures to boost productivity and decrease human labour. • Workflows, reporting techniques, and data gathering should all be continuously assessed and improved.

Requirements

• Data science, business analytics, statistics, or a similar discipline at the bachelor's degree level. • Two years or more of experience in a reporting, analytics, or related position is required. • Knowledge of Google Looker Studio and/or comparable reporting programs (such as Tableau and Power BI). • Strong familiarity with data tools including SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel • Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems; prior expertise in the building or natural stone industries is advantageous. • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, together with an acute attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, as well as the capacity to clearly and practically convey complicated information.
