Are you a highly driven individual with a successful sales history? Are you adept at locating influential people and important decision-makers in target accounts? If so, we would like you to become a Sales Development Representative on our team. Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, monitoring and overseeing sales efforts, and reliably hitting monthly quotas of qualified opportunities are all critical tasks that you will perform in this position. You will also be required to assist in the expansion of the business by assuming ad hoc tasks as needed.
Lead generation: Using a variety of techniques, including as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and focused research, proactively find and source possible leads.
Prospect study: Identify the wants, problems, and purchasing patterns of potential customers by conducting thorough study.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads for quality and fit by figuring out whether they fit certain requirements and have a good chance of using our services or products.
Lead nurturing: To advance leads through the sales funnel, interact with them, establish a connection, and foster relationships through efficient communication.
Creating and Locating Your Own Leads: Assist in expanding the sales funnel by taking charge of creating and locating leads.
Cooperation: Work together with the sales staff to provide a seamless transfer of qualified leads for additional sales initiatives.
Sales Tools: To efficiently track and handle leads and sales activity, make use of CRM systems, sales tools, and other resources.
Metrics of Performance: Meet and beyond goals for lead generation and qualification, exhibiting a resolute dedication to fostering business expansion.
A business bachelor's degree or a similar degree.
Solid track record of prospecting for sales and generating leads.
Exceptional communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
The capacity to efficiently prioritize, organize, and juggle tasks.
Self-starter with a lot of drive and enthusiasm.
