Overview

As a marketing and business development officer, your duties will include implementing the company's marketing plan, increasing customer acquisition, and boosting revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to increase revenue by creating and implementing effective sales and acquisition plans. • Develop and manage sales representatives and CTANs to make sure they are meeting their conversion and lead generation targets. • Increase the company's presence in affluent markets while making sure underprivileged areas gain from partnerships and strategic pricing. • Create, evaluate, and expand innovative business models (such as franchise models and the adoption of smart sanitation). • To generate steady income, start at least one commercial pilot every three months. • Form alliances that provide resources, capital, or chances for market development. • Put the company's marketing plan into action on both online and offline channels. • In six months, run marketing efforts that result in a 15% increase in engagement. • Create plans for acquiring and keeping customers to guarantee steady business growth.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Experience: Four years or more in marketing, sales, or revenue-growth positions. • Skills: Demonstrated capacity to create alliances, produce income, and carry out effective marketing initiatives. • Competence with analytics, digital marketing tools, and sales CRMs.
