The duties of the Assistant Brand Manager of Consumer Planning & Performance will span all business brands and include the following:
• Encourage the creation of brand and portfolio strategies by highlighting growth prospects and drivers in important industries. • Take charge of and oversee the approval and annual business planning process. • Support and guidance for budget allocation in accordance with global spend rules and authorized brand goals, as well as spend tracking to guarantee the best possible returns on investment. • Monitoring brand performance throughout the consumer and retail ecosystem, promptly informing key stakeholders of all important performance metrics, and highlighting opportunities and necessary actions to reach year-end goals. • Combines information and knowledge from several sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and connects the dots in a way that is both significant and useful. • Make sure that consumer information is reported and understood in a clear and concise manner while keeping brand-related problems in mind. • Own from beginning to conclusion Marketing procedures and controls to guarantee complete adherence to DMC, DDMC, GAR, and CARM regulations and zero breaches. • Makes certain that the lessons learnt from measurement and evaluation are used to boost our A&P spends productivity. • Oversee and direct all company ad hoc research requirements, both internal and external, and convert results into straightforward, actionable conclusions.
• 2 years’ experience in brand marketing or commercialization • Strong data analytical skills and proficient with reporting tools
