Field Sales Supervisor (Retail & All Channels)

Overview

Seeking a Field Sales Supervisor for Retail & All Channels who will oversee the planning, selling, and merchandising of products in all pertinent outlets in order to meet approved sales, profit, and volume targets in the designated territory. This will be accomplished by managing, coaching, and training the distributor sales team and other secondary sales force in the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• With the implementation of the region Sales Plan and Merchandising Guidelines, guarantee product availability, visibility, and accessibility in key outlets within the designated sales region. • Conduct routine field coaching for the various sales positions and provide in-call execution training to the secondary sales team. • Finish the required paperwork following field coaching. • During field coaching, determine the secondary sales force's training requirements and work with the Sales Performance Development Team to meet them. • Quickly inform the secondary sales force of cycle activities and assist them in reaching their goals, both quantitative and qualitative. • Report to sales management on market conditions, competitive activity, and client demand forecasts in a timely, high-quality manner. • Help distributors hire their secondary sales force employees, such as van salespeople, open market salespeople, tricycle salespeople, etc. • Find and take advantage of Nestlé product sales and marketing possibilities in the designated region. • Create a distributor coverage strategy, a secondary sales force route and travel plan, and make sure all regulations are followed. • Handle expired or damaged goods in accordance with the Goods Returns Policy. • Ensure that POS materials are deployed and distributed to key retail locations on time. • Manage sales in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree • At least three years of field management experience • The capacity to build lasting relationships and possess strong interpersonal skills are essential.
