For data input, financial transactions, and report preparation, the ideal applicant must be skilled in QuickBooks and possess one to three years of experience. The position entails supporting overall financial reporting, helping with reconciliations, and keeping correct financial records.
• Accurately enter and handle financial transactions in QuickBooks, such as journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts. • Contribute to the creation of financial statements and reports. • Reconcile supplier accounts, customer accounts, and bank statements. • Keep your financial document filing arrangement neat and orderly. • Help with receivables and accounts payable tasks, making sure that payments and collections are made on schedule. • Create spending summaries and assist with budgeting procedures. • Work together with other departments to guarantee the correctness of financial data. • Provide the required reports and documents to support audits. • Assure adherence to tax laws, corporate rules, and sound financial procedures.
• One to three years of experience in an accounting or finance position. • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks. • A degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline. • Strong knowledge of accounting rules and financial concepts. • Proficiency with financial applications, including Microsoft Excel. • Outstanding precision and attention to detail in data entering. • Strong time-management and organizing abilities. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
