Oversee project procurement efforts to guarantee the timely and economical acquisition of supplies, machinery, and services.
• Assist in creating and carrying out procurement plans in accordance with project specifications. • Find and oversee suppliers, make agreements, and guarantee standards of quality. • Create and send purchase orders, keep an eye on delivery dates, and keep track of stock levels. • Keep an eye on project budgets, manage expenses, and spot areas where money may be saved. • Verify that procurement procedures adhere to corporate rules and guidelines. • Keep track of procurement documents and help in processing invoices. • Work together with internal teams to fulfil project requirements and give management updates.
• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, or a similar discipline. • Three or more years of experience in procurement, ideally in the building sector. • Familiarity with procurement software and building supplies. • Strong communication, organizing, and negotiating abilities. • The capacity to operate under pressure and efficiently manage time. • Meticulousness and cooperation as a team.
