The Payroll Lead will be in charge of administering and supervising the payroll procedure for a multinational workforce in many currencies, guaranteeing timely and correct salary disbursements, and handling employee benefits.
• Organize payroll procedures for both domestic and foreign workers, making sure that mandatory deductions, benefits, and incentives are applied correctly. • Manage payroll systems in many currencies. • To guarantee efficient payroll processing and regulatory compliance, collaborate closely with the finance team. • Oversee payroll reconciliations and provide thorough reports to monitor payroll expenses and match them with financial projections and documentation. • Maintain communication with banking partners to quickly address any payment-related concerns. • Payroll disparities should be tracked and addressed, with problems being swiftly and efficiently troubleshooted and resolved. • Manage the Tier 1 and Tier 2 donation upload procedure. • To ensure data integrity and correctness, audit the payroll system on a regular basis. • Keep abreast of modifications to payroll laws and industry best practices, and modify procedures as needed to be in compliance. • Act as the main point of contact for questions from staff members and other parties about payroll. • To guarantee data correctness and system integrity, supervise the administration and upkeep of the Sage300 payroll system. • Set up and update Sage300 to take into account modifications to payroll laws, benefits, and deductions. • Payroll team members should be trained and assisted in using Sage300 for payroll processing effectively. • Assist with HR operations generally.
• It is required to have a bachelor's degree in accounting, human resource management, or business administration. • A master's degree is beneficial. • It is required to have multicultural experience. • Eight or more years of experience in a comparable position. • Competence with Sage300 or SAP. • Extensive familiarity with payroll systems and software, as well as the capacity to handle challenging payroll situations. • Considerable knowledge of local payroll, labour, and tax legislation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, sophisticated functions like VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, and the capacity to efficiently handle big data sets. • Outstanding problem-solving and attention to detail abilities. • The capacity to remain accurate while working under duress and meeting deadlines.
