Overview

A Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role within an organization that bridges HR functions and business operations. HRBPs work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out yearly plans for employee engagement for designated roles that demonstrate the company's People Strategy delivery. • Oversee the Annual People calendar's execution and collaborate with various Centres of Expertise to guarantee that operational projects and initiatives are completed according to schedule. • Oversee the HR initiatives and the People strategy's execution in functional domains. • Member of the leadership group for Corporate and Enterprise Functions. Serves as a single point of contact for all HR-related matters and offers senior leadership team members expert advice. • In charge of establishing connections with the functional leadership team that are courteous and powerful. Collaborates with the leadership group to foster employee co-ownership of the company. • Provides operational responsibilities and makes a substantial contribution to the formulation of the employee relations strategy. • Offers recognized client groups’ professional counsel, interpretation, and direction on employee relations rules, procedures, and practices. • Carries out certain employee relations projects within the framework of the HR roadmap. • Communicates with important parties and offers both ongoing and sporadic advice on particular ER matters. • Creates the yearly Employee Engagement schedule for designated tasks and delivers plans according to predetermined deadlines, goals, and timeframes. • Defines and diagnoses HR problems in the company that need a planned solution using function KPIs and EE engagement scores. Plan, communicate, take action, and successfully resolve challenges (e.g., Organization & Change, communications & engagement, learning) in collaboration with CoE & function.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a similar discipline • Four to six years of expertise in human resources, encompassing employee interactions, talent operations, and management • 7+ years of experience in HR-related jobs or business partnerships
