Site Supervisor

Overview

A qualified Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Technician with a Construction Technical Course (CTC) Part 3 Certification is needed by a real estate business to supervise construction operations on-site. While producing high-quality work, the chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing employees, making sure construction codes are followed, and keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and Supervise Site Operations: Keep an eye on day-to-day construction operations to make sure they are completed in accordance with project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. • Technical Execution: For precise site implementation, read and comprehend structural designs, construction drawings, and technical requirements. • Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Verify that all site work complies with building codes, safety laws, and corporate standards. • Material & Equipment Management: Keep an eye on and plan the usage of tools, equipment, and building supplies. • Team Leadership: To maximize output, manage and oversee technicians, subcontractors, and site personnel. • Reporting on Project Progress: Keep thorough records of all work done, site difficulties, and updates for project management. • Problem-Solving: To avoid delays and cost overruns, quickly identify and address construction-related concerns.

Requirements

• Certification: Part 3 Certification in Construction Technical Course (CTC) from an accredited Ghanaian university. • Experience: At least three to five years of experience in technical positions in the real estate industry, construction management, or site supervision. • Technical Knowledge: Excellent proficiency in plumbing, electrical installations, carpentry, masonry, structural work, and finishing. • Leadership & Team Management: The capacity to successfully manage construction teams and guarantee productive workflow. • Paying close attention to details: a strong emphasis on accuracy, security, and project quality. • Communication & Reporting: The capacity to give precise directions and interact with workers, contractors, and project managers in an efficient manner. • Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to diagnose and fix technological problems on-site.
