Overview

The duties of a real estate salesperson will include conducting property viewings, managing client relationships, closing deals, and selling homes.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs. • Arrange and conduct property tours, providing detailed information to prospective buyers. • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to successfully close deals. • Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitive market conditions. • Ensure all transactions and contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Sales and customer service abilities • Real estate knowledge and a real estate license • Real estate sales experience and the capacity to close transactions • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market • A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a similar discipline
