Overview

Your primary duties as the Social Media Manager will be to oversee all social media platforms in accordance with the company's SEO plan, produce and post interesting content, and carry out focused advertising campaigns to expand our online visibility and audience.

Responsibilities

• Social media management is the process of creating and implementing social media plans for all pertinent platforms, including as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, while making sure that the material complies with the company's branding and overall SEO strategy. • Content creation is the process of producing, selecting, and publishing interesting and pertinent material (text, photos, videos, etc.) that appeals to and connects with our target audience. • Online lead generation and advertising campaigns: Create, carry out, and improve targeted advertising strategies to boost social media platform engagement, reach, and brand exposure. • Integration of SEO Strategy: Work along with the SEO team to make sure that social media initiatives complement the larger search engine optimization plan, which focusses on raising exposure and search engine ranks. • Community Engagement: Encourage a feeling of camaraderie among fans and followers by posting interesting and interactive material, answering questions, and answering comments. • Analytics and Reporting: To assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and inform future plans, track and analyze social media performance, collect insights, and provide frequent reports. • Trend Monitoring: To keep a competitive advantage, be abreast of developments in the industry and social media and incorporate them into your plan. • Brand Consistency: Make sure that the voice and image of your brand are consistent throughout all social media initiatives and content.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline. • Shown expertise in social media management and a solid portfolio of social media strategies that have been effective. • Thorough understanding of search engine optimization, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics • Competence with advertising platforms and social media management tools. • Outstanding abilities in creating material, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design. • A data-driven approach and background in social media reporting and analytics. • Strong understanding of social media integration and SEO fundamentals. • Inventiveness, creativity, and a thorough comprehension of the social media environment. • Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
