Sales & Marketing Officer

Overview

The position of Sales & Marketing Officer is available full-time in Accra. You will develop and implement marketing plans that are in line with business aims as a crucial member of the insurance brokerage firm, all the while cultivating and fostering relationships with potential clients. In addition, you will supervise the sales force and offer direction to enhance the organization's sales output

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for insurance products.

- Identify and target potential clients to increase sales and market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Create compelling marketing campaigns to promote insurance products effectively.

- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and marketing activities to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

A Professional Certification in Insurance will be an added advantage.

At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales roles, preferably in the insurance industry

Ability to develop and implement strategies, analyze market trends, and identify potential clients

Adept at multitasking, strong project management skills, and high attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

A customer-oriented attitude, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms for marketing purposes
