This include establishing quantifiable KPIs, positioning the brand, and identifying target consumers. • Perform market analysis and research: To find opportunities and dangers, examine consumer behaviour, rival activity, and market trends. • Create strategic long-term plans: Outline a plan for accomplishing marketing objectives and specify the company's marketing vision, mission, and values. • Create and preserve a powerful brand identity: Make sure your brand's messaging is consistent across all platforms and interactions. • Create and carry out branding initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies that raise brand recognition, increase brand equity, and set the business apart from rivals. • Control the reputation of your brand: Keep an eye on brand sentiment, respond to any unfavorable comments, and handle emergencies early. • Oversee all aspect of marketing, including public relations, advertising, events, social media, email, digital, and content marketing. • Control marketing expenditures: Effectively distribute resources, keep tabs on spending, and guarantee a return on marketing expenditures. • Oversee and guide marketing teams: assemble, develop, and train a top-performing marketing staff. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing: Keep an eye on important indicators like ROI, conversion rates, social media engagement, and website traffic. • Generate consistent reports: Based on data analysis, offer leadership insights and suggestions. • Utilize data to make marketing initiatives more effective: Continually improve your marketing tactics using insights from data. • Work along with other divisions: To guarantee alignment and accomplish company goals, collaborate closely with teams in charge of sales, product development, customer support, and other areas.
• A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, marketing, insurance, or a similar discipline. • Five years or more of job experience.
