Helping customers purchase, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties in Ghana will be the real estate salesperson's main duty. They will offer knowledgeable direction to foreign investors negotiating the Ghanaian real estate market.
• Assist local and international clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties by providing expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including online listings, social media promotions, and open house events to attract potential buyers and tenants. • Negotiate property prices, lease terms, and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible deals. • Conduct market research and property valuations to provide accurate pricing insights for buyers, sellers, and investors. • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders to generate leads and expand business opportunities. • Guide clients through the legal and administrative processes of property transactions, ensuring compliance with Ghanaian real estate regulations.
