Overview

The HR Data Analyst will be in charge of managing and evaluating HR data, making sure that SAP systems are updated accurately, and assisting HR procedures with data-driven insights to maximize operational effectiveness and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage HR reports and dashboards to monitor the Region's key performance indicators (KPIs). • Work together with the talent manager to comprehend data requirements and offer analytical assistance. • Assure accuracy and data integrity in HR reports and systems. • Help new personnel get set up in SAP and disconnect departing employees. • Help keep correct records of employee compensation information and make sure that company regulations are followed. • Respond to questions from staff members on pay, perks, and incentives. • Support the budgeting process by helping to design and prepare the region's budget. • Work together with the IT and HR departments to diagnose and fix problems relating to HR SAP. • Utilize SAP technologies to create dashboards and reports that monitor important HR data. • Aid in the creation of budget analysis templates.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline is required. • It is ideal if you have at least three (3) years of expertise in payroll, compensation, or HR data analysis. • Knowledge of SAP HR modules, particularly Success Factors, is quite beneficial. • The capacity to manage sensitive data and preserve confidentiality. • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling several responsibilities in a hectic setting. • Strong communication abilities with a variety of stakeholders from various backgrounds • Proactive somebody having the capacity to form bonds with others and work well both alone and in a group. • A positive outlook on work and an openness to learning. • Outstanding analytical, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to analyses data using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
