Overview

To close the communication gap between our customers and product development, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager with a User Research Focus. Someone who is enthusiastic about researching, comprehending user demands, and turning findings into useful product enhancements would be perfect for this position.

Responsibilities

• Gather qualitative information by conducting user interviews and observing customer service calls. • Condense study results into suggestions that the product team can implement. • Work together with designers and project managers to confirm functionality requirements and user pain points. • Help define product specifications and make sure they meet the demands of the client. • Track product performance indicators and look for areas that might use improvement. • Assist in organizing and facilitating user feedback and testing sessions for both new and current features. • Keep up with market dynamics, rival products, and industry developments. • Make sure that message is in line with user needs to support go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Three years or more of experience in product management, user research, or a similar discipline. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with an emphasis on the user. • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills. • The capacity to convert research findings into useful product suggestions. • Familiarity with research techniques including interviews, usability testing, and surveys. • At ease in iterative, fast-paced development settings. • It is advantageous to have prior experience with mobile apps, emerging markets, or financial services.
