Overview

Help organize the technical team's schedule and offer administrative and logistical assistance.

Responsibilities

• To serve as a point of contact between the tech manager and the field technicians. • Organize and oversee the technicians' movements. • Send the tech manager the client's technical problems so they may be addressed. • Order parts and manage the workshop's inventory. • Assign the technicians to technical tasks. • Create invoices and send them to the showroom manager. • As needed, arrange and deliver components to technicians. • Get the technicians' maintenance reports. • Maintain a record of all emergency repairs and routine maintenance conducted. • Report on the maintenance that has been finished. • Receive messages, provide information, and respond to phone calls from field technicians and clients. • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum requirements HND, or bachelor's degree. • Five years or more of job experience. • Proficiency in overseeing a small team and the capacity to organize and coordinate team activities. • The capacity to draft and analyze work plans and reports. • The capacity to work alone and maintain precise daily work logs. • Microsoft Office proficiency. • Extremely well-organized and capable of multitasking. • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail abilities. • Excellent written and vocal communication abilities.
