Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative duties including bill payment, vendor interactions, and facility upkeep to make sure the office works efficiently. • Maintain a professional and welcoming work environment by keeping an eye on the cleanliness, aesthetics, and general "look and feel" of the workplace. • Oversee the inventory of supplies, making sure that everything that is required (such as stationery and kitchen necessities) is always accessible. • Organize meetings, workplace parties, and staff engagement initiatives. • Create and put into effect measures to increase office sustainability and efficiency. • Oversee and lead the marketing staff, offering direction, coaching, and assistance to meet organizational objectives. • Work together with cross-functional teams to create and carry out thorough marketing strategies that complement corporate goals. • Monitor campaign performance indicators and update senior leadership on developments and outcomes on a regular basis. • Act as a liaison for operational issues between internal employees and outside partners. • Determine where systems and processes need to be improved and provide fixes to boost output and cut expenses. • Keep thorough records and paperwork pertaining to marketing initiatives and office operations. • Respond to unique initiatives and ad hoc requests as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, operations management, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Three or more years of experience in marketing operations, office management, or a related position. • The capacity to successfully prioritize conflicting tasks and multitask. • Strong leadership abilities and team management experience. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including marketing applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Understanding of financial management and budgeting concepts. • A proactive mindset that prioritizes ongoing development.
