Overview

In your role as marketing manager, you will oversee a company's branding, marketing strategy, and client acquisition channels all at once.

Responsibilities

• Actively oversee our companies' social media, SEO, and SEM campaigns. • Educate the staff on marketing management tasks. • To achieve the targeted marketing objectives of our businesses, create, carry out, and oversee a quarterly, monthly, and weekly calendar of branding and marketing initiatives. • Oversee the company's branding and customer acquisition/engagement initiatives, which may include sponsored social media, email marketing, SEO, content creation, influencer management, and event planning. • To shed light on the efficacy of a campaign, create a measuring approach, set up tracking, create reports and dashboards, and evaluate the outcomes. • Plan marketing campaigns using pertinent data, and monitor, assess, and report campaign metrics and ROI on a regular basis in relation to KPIs. Make necessary campaign adjustments. • Oversee the company's overall branding, message, and marketing materials. • Oversee other team members to achieve the best marketing outcomes, as well as new business initiatives or ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• More than five years of expertise in community building, marketing management, and digital marketing. • 5+ years of experience marketing software applications or tech products. • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field. A master's degree is desirable. • Proficiency in a variety of digital marketing tasks, including content creation, sponsored social media, email marketing, and SEO. • Energetic, ambitious, and innovative marketing specialist prepared to get started, identify solutions, and produce outcomes. • It is preferable to have three or more years of expertise in banking, Fintech, or SAAS marketing. • The capacity and desire to advance inside the company to a Senior Marketing Management position. • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, and additional marketing management tools. • Proficiency in budget management, marketing forecasting, and ROI tracking and evaluation.
