This position include managing social media, client communications, and administrative duties while making sure recently moved people have a seamless travel and settling experience.
• Respond to texts, emails, and phone calls to help clients with relocation and travel-related questions. • Organize and post pertinent material about travel, hospitality, and diaspora migration on social media platforms. • Help customers who have recently moved to Ghana by offering advice on housing, local services, and assimilating into the local culture. • Organize and help with travel and tour planning, including making reservations for lodging and transportation. • Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record keeping, and report preparation. • Work together with internal teams to improve service delivery and the customer experience. • Help in organizing and carrying out workshops, educational sessions, and events pertaining to travel. • Record and produce content, such as testimonies, interviews, and visual narratives that highlights the experiences of clients moving to Ghana. • Carry out additional tasks as needed to assist with travel and hospitality operations.
• Studying or having just finished a degree in business administration, tourism, hospitality management, or a similar discipline. • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. • Knowledge of social networking sites and the Microsoft Office Suite. • The capacity to multitask and operate in a hectic setting. • Enthusiasm for hospitality, travel, and helping others move. • It is advantageous to have knowledge of Ghana's tourist sector and local offerings. • An additional benefit is having prior experience in photography, videography, or content development.
