UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Work together with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to create and execute creative UI/UX solutions. • To learn about requirements, habits, and pain spots, conduct user research. • To see design concepts and processes, make wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. • Create aesthetically pleasing and responsive user interfaces for mobile and online apps. • By following design systems and brand rules, you can guarantee consistent design across platforms. • To make the user experience better, test designs for usability and collect feedback. • Improve designs for scalability, accessibility, and performance. • To uphold industry best practices, stay current with the newest tools, technology, and design trends.

Requirements

• Experience: at least two years working as a UI/UX designer or in a related position. • Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Figma • Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. • The capacity to produce high-fidelity prototypes and designs that are pixel-perfect. • Familiarity with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing. • The capacity to design task flows, journey maps, and user personas. • Familiarity with UX best practices, heuristics, and concepts. • Although it's not required, it's useful to have knowledge of front-end development concepts (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) when working with developers. • Knowledge of adaptable and responsive design.
