Logistics/Driver

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Logistics/Driver who will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to clients. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a good understanding of local routes, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism during deliveries.

Responsibilities

Product Deliveries:

• Safely transport products from Fusion 360’s facilities to client locations.
• Ensure the secure loading and unloading of products during deliveries.

Route Planning:

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimize delivery schedules.
• Familiarize yourself with local routes and traffic patterns to avoid delays.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure road worthiness.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate vehicle maintenance.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Collect necessary signatures and documentation upon product delivery.

Customer Service:

• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner during deliveries.
• Address any delivery-related concerns promptly and professionally.

Adherence to Regulations:

• Ensure compliance with all traffic and transportation regulations.
• Uphold safety standards and guidelines during transportation.

Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and other team members.
• Collaborate with the production and client service teams to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license C and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a logistics or delivery role.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics or a related field is an advantage.
