Overview
Our client in the Electronics Industry is seeking a proactive Channel Supervisor who will support in managing the team effectively to achieve set target; acquiring of new distributors and management of the relationship with existing distributors to maximize profitability and achieve the stated sales target.
Responsibilities
- Engage with partners to understand their sales and marketing strategy.
- Develop scalable and relevant partner demand metrics and measurement to quantify program impact.
- Plan and implement customer presentations, and communicate channel activities.
- Provide timely and relevant communications, promotions and education for new product, solution, and feature launches at top partners.
- Create plans for growing market share.
- Monitor stock level of Major Dealers and Sub Dealers and Key Accounts to ensure constant stock available on key models
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report about activities and follow up on model coverage
- Update company with competitor products and problems.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 2-4 years of working experience in sales or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and reporting writing skills, familiarity with all Channel functions.
- Good knowledge of the market in the Electronic industry is a plus.
- Good Leadership, Analytical and Interpersonal Relationship skills.
- Good Team Management and Sales Management.
