The position of Director of Business Development is full-time, on-site. In addition to managing accounts and developing lead generation methods, the Director of Business growth will also be in charge of business planning, new business growth, and contract negotiations. The job site for this role will be in Accra.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Leading and managing the sales team.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Monitoring and reporting on business development activities.
New Business Development and Business Planning skills
Proven ability to generate leads and negotiate contracts
Account management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Experience in the furniture or construction industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
