Your job will be to utilize inbound and outbound calls and messaging platforms to effectively engage customers to purchase the company’s products and services while meeting sales targets.
Help clients place orders, handle payments, and keep track of transactions.
By seeing opportunities to suggest extra goods or services that fit the needs and interests of your clients, you can upsell and cross-sell goods and services.
Provide accurate information about all businesses under the Farming In Africa umbrella to clients in an effective manner.
Make sure orders are processed accurately, and let customers know when products are available.
Discover a just and fulfilling resolution by paying sympathetic attention to the grievances and concerns of your customers.
Keep your composure and speak in a professional manner when interacting with challenging clients.
Using the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, record customer interactions and problems.
Keep up to speed on all subsidiary company offerings, including features, benefits, costs, and updates.
Return calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Engage in persuasive conversation to convert prospects and meet sales goals.
A minimum of a diploma in business, marketing, agriculture, or a similar sector Proficiency with computer programs and CRM tools
Capacity to persuade, bargain, and reach monthly goals.
Willingness to work a shift system during odd hours
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Excellent written and spoken English language proficiency
Speaking more than one language is advantageous.
