Overview

To achieve two primary goals in order to grow the market share for the tools and accessory product portfolio:

 Have Faith in Cooperation

Responsibilities

Maximize the output in terms of invoiced sales turnover and profit level;

To develop a territory management program to ensure that we grow our share;

Plan objectives and strategies to achieve the required targets through your Sales team;

To manage, motivate and develop the Tools and Attachments team and observe the companies policy of equal opportunities in employment equity;

To contribute to brand strategy and identify solutions to potential issues;

To maintain communication across the management and sales teams in order to progress the business;

To develop a value package solution to meet with and exceed customer expectations;

To undertake ad-hoc project work and perform related duties as required;

To be a part of the West African Management team, that drives change and innovation as a collective

Will carry out any other function or duty as may be required

Requirements

An excellent understanding of the mining and construction industries or previous experience in these fields;

A track record of growing market share and revenues;

Strong technical understanding of rock drilling products and their uses;

Having a good conversation about Epiroc and our business practices;

Proven track record in both strategic and operational business management strong people-management, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities;

French language proficiency and strong English language skills will be advantages.
