Construction Site Manager

Overview

The position of Construction Site Manager, based in Accra, is full-time on-site. In addition to making sure the project is finished on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the necessary quality standards, the construction site manager will be in charge of managing the daily operations of the construction site.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily operations on the construction site.

Manage and schedule workers, subcontractors, and materials.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and architects.

Monitor progress, budget, and timelines of the project.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site.

Keep detailed records and reports of the construction activities.

Requirements

Site Management, Construction Site Management, Planning, and Cost Control skills

Budgeting skills and ability to manage project finances effectively

Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Experience in the construction industry is a plus
