Overview

The Project Coordinator is in charge of organizing team activities and giving administrative support, reporting directly to the Head of Impact and Farming.

Responsibilities

As instructed, conduct research on a variety of subjects and offer summaries and analysis to aid in decision-making.

Help with planning conferences, workshops, and other events pertaining to True Farms' operations.

Help with the project planning, execution, and coordination for the Impact and Farming programs.

Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee that project deadlines are fulfilled.

Organize and preserve records, papers, and documents pertaining to farming and the impact.

Make sure sensitive data is secure and kept private.

Make all necessary travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and transportation, both domestically and internationally.

Participate in meetings, record minutes, and monitor action items to make sure they are finished.

Requirements

Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Two years at least of experience in a comparable position

Expertise managing a wide variety of team members

Large projects can be simply divided into manageable subtasks without constant supervision.

Proactive problem solver who works tirelessly to remove barriers

Discerning in your pursuit of goals and setting priorities 

A desire to develop personally and always strive for improvement

Capacity to maintain discretion and secrecy

Communicate professionally, promptly, often, and early (both in writing and vocally).
