Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent assistance to clients aiming to achieve health goals to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure premises is always clean and tidy
  • Undergo continuous training to meet clients’ needs
  • Research on products and service offerings available in store for social media posts.
  • Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and requesting new items.
  • Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  • Aiding in procurement of inventory.
  • Performing diagnostic tests.
  • Coordinating with and following up on delivery agents to ensure customers receive their packages within agreed schedules.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in Retail Pharmacy/Over the Counter Shop/Herbal Shop environment
  • MCA certification or other relevant health certification
  • WASSCE/SSSCE
  • Strong leadership and customer management ability
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Have high customer service standards with knowledge of basic business management processes
  • Computer literate
