Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent assistance to clients aiming to achieve health goals to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure premises is always clean and tidy
- Undergo continuous training to meet clients’ needs
- Research on products and service offerings available in store for social media posts.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Monitoring inventory levels and requesting new items.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Aiding in procurement of inventory.
- Performing diagnostic tests.
- Coordinating with and following up on delivery agents to ensure customers receive their packages within agreed schedules.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years’ experience in Retail Pharmacy/Over the Counter Shop/Herbal Shop environment
- MCA certification or other relevant health certification
- WASSCE/SSSCE
- Strong leadership and customer management ability
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Have high customer service standards with knowledge of basic business management processes
- Computer literate
