Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise field logistics activities, such as inventory control, warehousing, and transportation. • Collaborate closely with the members of the logistics team to guarantee the prompt and effective delivery of materials and commodities to the assigned destinations. • Make routine field visits to observe operations, pinpoint problems, and put answers in place to maximize efficiency. • Work together with partners, suppliers, and vendors to plan logistics tasks and address any obstacles that may come up. • Keep thorough records of all field logistics operations, including shipments, delivery dates, and inventory levels. • In all field logistics activities, make sure that corporate rules, procedures, and safety laws are followed. • Assist other departments as required to ensure a seamless operation's flow.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related subject, ideally in supply chain management or logistics. • Demonstrated expertise in logistics operations, ideally in a position involving field work. • Strong time-management and organizing abilities, as well as the capacity to set and accomplish priorities. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to collaborate with groups and outside partners. • Capacity to operate autonomously and make choices in a hectic setting. • Proficiency with the Office Suite from Microsoft and other pertinent programs. • A current driver's license or motor vehicle and the readiness to go to field sites when required.
