As an Inject Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fuel injection systems in vehicles. Your expertise in fuel injection technology will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our customers' vehicles.
1. Diagnose fuel injection system issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. 2. Perform routine maintenance tasks on fuel injection systems, including cleaning and servicing injectors, fuel rails, and related components. 3. Conduct thorough inspections to identify worn or damaged parts and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. 4. Perform fuel pressure tests and analyze fuel delivery systems to ensure proper functioning. 5. Calibrate and synchronize fuel injectors to optimize engine performance and fuel efficiency. 6. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours. 7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in fuel injection technology and attend training sessions as required. 8. Collaborate with other members of the automotive repair team to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. 9. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. 10. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair procedures clearly.
1. Proven experience as an automotive mechanic specializing in fuel injection systems. 2. Strong knowledge of fuel injection technology, including common types of injectors, fuel pumps, and related components. 3. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve fuel injection system issues. 4. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics to perform accurate repairs and maintenance. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals. 7. Certification from an accredited automotive technology program or relevant industry certifications preferred. 8. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 9. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. 10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
