As the Head of Human Resources, your role is vital in driving the organization's HR strategy. You will develop and implement effective HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals. Your responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee retention, and fostering a positive work environment. You will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Additionally, you will oversee HR systems and processes, such as payroll and benefits administration.
• Create and put into action human resource plans that support the overarching aims and objectives of the business. • Take the lead in hiring and retaining staff to make sure the company has the talent it needs to succeed commercially. Create and carry out programs for training and development. • Work together with other departments to determine and meet business needs pertaining to HR. • Lead programs that encourage worker involvement and a positive workplace environment. • Assume a leading position in enhancing and changing the culture of the company. Making certain that the company's philosophy and values are evident. Keep an eye on adherence to labor rules and regulations. • Identifies and resolves important problems and priorities in order to meet project objectives. • Provides judgments, guidance, and recommendations on human resources to support management.
