We are looking to add a proactive and extremely well-organized Administrative Officer to our team. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of supervising daily administrative tasks, arranging office supplies, organizing meetings, and offering assistance to different divisions within the company.
• Take care of standard administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. • Take care of grounds keeping, stationary, and asset management. • Oversee and care for office supplies and equipment. • Make travel plans, appointment schedules, and meeting arrangements for the team. • Help in the writing of reports, documentation, and presentations. • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including as calls and emails. • Keep accurate and current records of your office's spending and spending plans. • Manage the office space and take care of any repairs or maintenance needs. • Communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding facility-related requirements. • Verify that the company's policies and procedures are followed. • Help in organizing and arranging meetings and activities for the company. • Plan the logistics for training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
• A bachelor's degree • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office. • Both dexterity and aptitude at solving problems. • The capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group.
