Stores Supervisor

Overview

A top pharmaceutical business in Ghana. The business is currently looking for a hands-on Stores Supervisor with a Konongo base.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict wholesale customers' future demands. • Be certain that cash and checks are handled appropriately and filed safely. • Respond to client concerns and grievances and offer suitable resolutions • Create sales reports and balance the register. • Make sure accurate records of all transactions, especially financial ones, are maintained. Make sure things are stored correctly to prevent deterioration or damage. • Assess vendors to close deals at a reasonable price and preserve relationships of trust • Application of pertinent SOPs and additional policies • Make sure that the building and its equipment, including the generator and computers, are kept up to date. • To avoid theft, make sure that the stock is safe at all times. • Organize other workers' tasks to guarantee that company objectives are fulfilled. • To handle inventory discrepancies, conduct audits and random checks of the stock. • Evaluate and evaluate team members' work on a regular basis. • Make sure that everyone in the team is disciplined. • Preparing and sending the wholesale supervisor's stock reports.

Requirements

• Min of Degree in Accounting/Marketing/purchasing and supply/procurement or related field • Must have minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role
