Overview

As a Distribution Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share through various distribution channels. Especially familiar with KA sales channel like Telefonika and Compughana this kind of chain retail stores channel, and familiar with big dealers in the mobile open market , also have Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve distribution sales goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective distribution of our products or services.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence through distribution channels. Especially follow with KA sales channel like Telefonika and Compughana well to make sure mobile products selling well in this chain retail stores channel also Deal with all big mobile dealers well in the open market to keep good relationship with them and drive the sales order to these big dealers. 2. Identify and establish relationships with new distribution partners, including wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and dealerships. 3. Manage existing distribution channels and optimize performance by providing training, support, and incentives to partners. 4. Do good team administration management work to make sure the whole Ghana national distribution team can work well to reach monthly sales target. 5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth within distribution channels. 6. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral tailored to distribution channels. 7. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 2. Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in distribution channel sales within the Mobile Industry. Should have professional distribution channel sales management work experience in Samsung mobile brand. 3. Strong understanding of distribution channel dynamics, including wholesaling, retailing, and dealer networks. 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. 5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting. 6. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
