In charge of leading the creation of all-encompassing marketing strategy for the company, its goods, and services will be the Marketing and Communication Consultant. The position will be directly responsible to the Executive Director, oversee the smooth implementation of these strategies, track their success using pre-established metrics, and actively work to increase brand awareness.
• Work together with teammates to create and carry out the organization's marketing strategies. • Create and manage an all-encompassing communications strategy for the project, focusing on changing menstruation-related behaviors in particular. • Develops and implements plans to increase the company's brand awareness across a range of platforms and media. • Proactively look for and assess business and corporate relationship opportunities that fit the goals of the organization. • Create and carry out focused marketing campaigns to boost the company's product adoption, with an emphasis on reusable sanitary pads and associated goods. • To guarantee thorough coverage of the organization's operations, including feature stories and promotional initiatives, cultivate fruitful relationships with media outlets. • Oversee the creation and implementation of captivating multi-channel marketing and communications initiatives, utilizing paid advertising, social media, web, email, and event exhibitions to optimize effect and reach. • To effectively interact with stakeholders and encourage involvement, produce captivating material for social media, newsletters, and specialized emails. • Oversee and upkeep of the company's website, making sure it is updated frequently with interesting and pertinent information that embodies the company's identity. • Assume responsibility for the organization's social media presence, including daily channel and tool maintenance to promote community involvement and increase brand awareness. • Create excellent written content that is accurate, pertinent, and in line with the organization's branding and messaging for a range of uses, such as articles, reports, and marketing materials. • Keep an eye on and assess the success of the company's communication efforts, making use of important data to guide choices and prove value to both internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor client comments and product adoption, then use the data to inform initiatives for continuous improvement and raise customer happiness. • Act as the organization's representative at outside gatherings and exhibits, successfully encouraging membership and involvement in industry events. • Any additional duties that are allocated
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is required. It would be beneficial to have an advanced degree or professional qualifications in communications or marketing. • A minimum of three years of pertinent post-graduation job experience in marketing and communications positions, ideally in the charity or associated sectors. • The ability to establish and maintain fruitful connections with both internal and external stakeholders, such as donors, partners, and members of the community. • Demonstrated capacity to create and carry out all-encompassing marketing plans that promote brand awareness, interaction, and expansion. • Strong grasp of the fundamentals of both product and service marketing, as well as expertise marketing to a variety of demographics, including youth. • Adeptness in making use of a variety of platforms, methods, and channels for marketing and communication, including social and digital media. • Proficiency in overseeing and collaborating with brands to improve their awareness and identification, encompassing the creation and execution of brand policies and guidelines. • Outstanding analytical abilities with the capacity to use methods from marketing research and analysis to guide strategy formulation and decision-making. • Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking, with the capacity to create engaging material for a range of audiences and goals. • It is necessary to have prior infographic creation experience. Proficiency in graphic design will be advantageous. • Prior expertise creating and distributing a range of publications, including as reports, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials. • a strong commitment to furthering women's and girls' rights, women's empowerment, menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health, and related concerns, as well as familiarity with international NGOs or multilateral/bilateral agencies, government agencies, grassroots organizations, and communities. • Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a customer-focused perspective allow for effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels, from community members to government officials. • A cooperative team member who is highly motivated by themselves and has the capacity to operate both independently and successfully in a changing setting. • An inventive attitude that is prepared to use original ideas and show initiative in seeking out and seizing chances for the development and growth of the company.
