We are searching for a creative visionary who can turn ideas into engrossing visual storytelling suitable for digital platforms, whether you will be working remotely from Kigali, Rwanda, or stationed in our Accra, Ghana office.

Responsibilities

• Motion Graphic Conceptualization: Take the lead in coming up with and creating visually striking concepts that are effective and original, suited to a variety of social media audiences and project goals. • Social Media Design Creation: To ensure engagement and brand resonance, create visually striking motion graphics, animations, and video content that is optimized for a variety of social media platforms. • Branding and identification for Social Media: To preserve brand identification and consistency, push the use of unified brand aspects in social media designs, such as motion logos, color schemes, and typography. • Motion Typography: Show off your proficiency with motion typography by choosing fonts, animations, and timing to improve the readability and aesthetic appeal of motion graphics. • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Apply your sophisticated knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to create elegant motion graphic designs with style and originality. • Digital Adaptation and Optimization: Modify motion graphics to ensure optimal performance and visual impact while integrating them seamlessly across various digital platforms. • Maintain Meticulous Attention to Detail in Motion: When creating motion graphic design, make sure that all animations, transitions, and effects adhere to strict guidelines. • Collaborative Engagement: To comprehend design needs and provide solutions that are in line with project objectives, work collaboratively with clients, social media managers, and other team members. • Integration of Feedback: Welcome input to continuously improve motion graphics and provide outstanding results that surpass customer expectations. • Time Management Excellence: Meet deadlines, prioritize activities, and manage projects effectively while upholding the highest standards in motion graphic design.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for motion graphic design. • Profound knowledge of modern motion graphic design concepts and methods. • Extensive knowledge of social media platform digital animation tools and techniques. • Knowledge of motion graphic asset organization and management using digital asset management (DAM) platforms. • Ability to use prototyping tools and online design platforms effectively for group motion graphic projects. • Advanced knowledge of cloud storage and file sharing systems for effective project management. • Thorough understanding of color theory, visual narrative, and animation concepts for captivating motion graphics.
