We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in our picture studio who is proactive and dependable. The perfect applicant will be well-organized, meticulous, and have outstanding communication abilities. As an Office Assistant, you will be vital to maintaining our studio's seamless functioning and giving our clients outstanding customer care.
• Be amiable and professional when greeting and helping clients. • Answer calls, reply to emails, and deal with client questions. • Manage the studio schedule and make appointments. • Help with administrative duties like data entry, filing, and record-keeping. • Organize supplies and place orders for what you need. • Help photographers by arranging equipment and making sure the studio is tidy and orderly before and during picture shoots. • Handle payments and keep precise financial documentation. • As needed, arrange with outside suppliers and service providers. • Make sure the studio area is always tidy, secure, and well-groomed. • Help with marketing and advertising initiatives, such as content development and social media management. • Assist the studio crew generally and carry out other tasks as delegated.
• A high school degree or its equivalent is required; further office administration or related area certification is advantageous. • A track record of success in a receptionist, office assistant, or related position. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong time-management and organizing skills. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook in the Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of office supplies including photocopiers, printers, and scanners. • Capacity to multitask and function effectively under duress in a hectic setting.
