Business Analyst

Overview

A Business Analyst is being hired by us to work on our IT team. You will directly report to the Product Management and Development Manager and collaborate with other Business Analysts. You will be primarily responsible for carrying out thorough requirements analysis, recording procedures, and conducting some user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Assessing company procedures, projecting needs, identifying opportunities for development, and creating and executing solutions. • Directing continuous process evaluations and creating optimization plans. • Keeping abreast of process and IT developments in order to automate and upgrade systems. • Holding conferences and giving speeches to exchange concepts and discoveries. • Analyzing requirements is being done. • Recording and sharing the outcomes of your work. • Expressing your ideas and insights to management and other members of the cross-functional team in an effective manner. • Testing the acceptability of users. • Overseeing initiatives, creating plans for them, and keeping an eye on their progress. • Updating, putting into practice, and upholding protocols. • Arranging initiatives according to their relative importance to the business.

Requirements

• An MBA or a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar discipline. • Two years minimum of experience in a comparable subject, such as business analysis. • Excellent mental and analytical thinking abilities. • Sophisticated technological abilities. • Outstanding documentation abilities. • Experience making in-depth reports and delivering speeches. • A proven track record of keeping promises. • Outstanding organizational, time-management, and planning abilities. • A track record of initiating and assisting with fruitful ventures.
